Mary O’Connor and Co. is committed to creating environmentally conscious meetings by providing our clients with eco-friendly options that are not only good for the earth but good for business as well. We offer our clients the option to host a green meeting to whatever extent they choose. The goal of our Green Meeting Legacy Project™ is to leave each community having minimized the negative impact on the environment.

When working with hotels, we build every detail of the green approach into the contract up front so that there will be no questions or surprises as the event runs or as it is closed down. As an example, we might request water coolers instead of bottled water, locally grown produce, or accessibly placed waste recycling containers. By taking these small steps, we do our best to minimize the environmental impact large events can have on our planet and demonstrate that it’s actually pretty easy to be green.
