ExpressEvent™ is capable of registering thousands of participants to single or multiple events on-line with 24/7 access. It also provides the program user with reporting capabilities 24/7 and reveals up-to-the-minute data on travel needs, special events, room and booth assignments and event logistics through the ExpressReport™ tool. It can be customized to have the look and feel of your meeting theme or message and can collect credit card information and send event confirmations.
Our technology allows self-service selection of roommates and other important information based on information you provide. Because this is our proprietary software, we can provide a real-time administrative view to your zone coordinators as well as other customizations to meet your needs most effectively. The all-inclusive application offers flexibility and versatility and includes additional features as ExpressReg™ and Express-Exhibit™.
The site is adaptable and versatile with valuable reporting capabilities that give our clients accurate accounting data, production schedules and contact information. For security, we password protect this information and allow access to designated team members. And, for our clients who enjoy a little human interaction, we also provide a designated customer service team to answer questions or register participants by telephone or fax.
