We develop custom web registration sites based on clients' needs. We provide full support for the sites and manage the online registration process. We maintain databases and can track registration information from year-to-year. As registration progresses, we provide online reporting to the client so that they will remain fully informed of the registration progress. We process online credit card payments and accept checks as alternative.

Ultimately, management of the on-line database allows quick recording and reporting of revenue and registration. An analysis can be made at any time during the registration process to determine our progress (i.e. number of registrants, list of registrants). This allows us to update our clients and keep them informed throughout the registration process.

ExpressEvent^TM
To further assist our clients with their event planning needs, we developed ExpressEvent^TM. This is a Web-based software designed with the newest Microsoft Development tools. It requires no installation and the product can be upgraded automatically. ExpressEvent provides our clients and event attendees with 24/7 access to a registration web site.

Permit participants to self-change their registrations within pre-set deadlines.
Automate room block management with real-time rooming lists.
Accommodate multiple hotels, room types, and prices.
Automate the roommate matching process with participant preferences and filters.
Allow participants to indicate roommate preference and automatically pair based on mutual selections. Program will automatically capture roommate matches in rooming list without double counting inventory.
Capture and view travel requests in one report.
Pre-set and send automated confirmations and reminders to participants.
Reporting feature allows you to specify the columns of data you require. Each report can be saved so that you can run it again as needed or schedule for automatic delivery at a later date.
