Mary O'Connor & Company believes in a total solution to meeting and event management, meaning that every element plays a significant role in the success of the event. We welcome the opportunity to sit down with our client's key players to determine event outcomes consistent with the client's mission and vision. The combined team will determine the event parameters from theme and budget to length of program and personality of the entire event.

Strategic consultation may also be provided to companies who desire evaluation of existing programs. In this case, we attend the meeting and experience the programs as a participant. Following the event, we meet with the client and review the areas that could be improved. We consider all aspects of the event to include theme development and follow-through, production, presentations, menu selection and floor plan to facilitate productivity. These consultations offer the client constructive, impartial feedback.

We created a meeting planning primer course, which covers all the basics of meeting planning. We offer this course to a corporation's in-house team. The goal of this program is to apprise all team members, both meeting experienced and inexperienced, with the components of meeting and event management. The course covers all the steps to plan and conduct a meeting as well as examples and forms to assist the client in doing their job better. The forms and components from this course are available on the website for our client's to access during their event planning process.
