Our services are divided into four strategic departments: Program development & strategic consultation; meeting & event management; information technology products and services; and entertainment and speaker services.

We welcome the opportunity to work in tandem with in-house event management teams to create the best application of time and talent. We can adjust our level of involvement in the program based on your needs. To that end, we created an overview of management services from strategic consultation to full management including theme development through staging and production.




Request for meeting and event proposal



Program development & strategic consultation
  • Research past events for historical analysis

General Management

Site Selection and Hotel Management
  • Research and select potential sites
  • Negotiate hotel contract
  • Food and beverage pricing as part of hotel contract
  • Audio/visual pricing as part of hotel contract
  • Hotel concessions (i.e., comp ratio; pre-booking needs, etc.)
  • Generate resume of set-up instructions
  • Design hotel master billing program
  • Confirm charges to master bills, master bill reconciliation
  • Recommend hotel gratuity plan
Food and Beverage
  • Design food and beverage menus
  • Complete banquet event orders
  • Supervise all food and beverage events
  • Manage food and beverage guarantees
  • Design theme events with decor, entertainment and activity
Registration Services
  • Provide four registration options: Website, fax, toll free phone line, mail
  • Create custom website for meeting or event registration, information, and FAQs
  • Manage database to include room reservations, special requests, menu restrictions, etc.
  • Send confirmations to all registrants
  • Provide real time registration reporting
  • Conduct on-site computerized registration
  • Conduct pre and post conference surveying on-line, on-site, or by telephone
On-site Management
  • Provide hospitality at lobby/registration welcome desk
  • Coordinate and staff conference registration area
  • Provide staff for "off-site" event welcome desks
  • Provide staff and supervise hotel registration
  • Provide hostess(es) for special events, transportation, etc.
  • Supervise amenity placement
  • Provide overall general management

  • Generate specifications for keynoters including set-up instructions to the hotel based on keynoter's rider in contract
